Construction:
Double wall design. Working chamber made of stainless steel S.S 304 grade of 1.6 mm thickness,outer cover also made of stainless steel 1.0 mm thickness. Lid & bottom sheet also made of stainless steel. All joints argon welded. Joint less NEOPRENE / SILICONE gasket. Heavy duty industrial flange heater. The strong lid constructed out of thick stainless steel plate, Stainless steel sheet of ss-304 grade has a double safety radial locking arrangement, which ensures an easy and smooth opening and closing operation for all our autoclaves. Our vertical autoclaves are ideally suited for Research labs, Research Institute, Medical Colleges, Hospitals and Industries where safety is the first priority of the users, since it is equipped with a double safety steam release valve. At the same time we test all our autoclaves for up to 2.5 times the standard working pressure to ensure maximum safety and protection from any unfortunate incident. All our vertical autoclave is supplied complete with pressure gauge, pressure release valve and stainless steel basket as a standard feature.
Heating:
The heating process in our vertical autoclave is done through specially designed water heaters of Suitable wattage to ensure optimum sterilization time in every sterilization cycle.

The ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc, and the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. Ball Mill consists of cylindrical shell mounted on a sturdy Mild Steel Frame. The Ball Mill Shell is designed to withstand the rotational load of the mill charged with the grinding medium and the material to be processed. Openings are provided through which the grinding medium and the material to be processed are loaded and rotating on a horizontal axis discharged. This is driven by motor coupled to a helical/reduction Gear box with Gear and pinion arrangement.
Working Principle:
The Heavy Duty ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the opening feed mouth. There are different specifications of steel balls/ceramic balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished. Working RPM 30-40 rpm.
Note: Working capacity will be 30 to 35% of total capacity after loading grinding media. Grinding media to be loaded 40 to 60% of volume depending on material to be ground.

Construction:

The inner chamber, Steam Jacket, Outer chamber and boiler are made of heavy gauge stainless steel with leak proof argon arc welding.
The radial locking lid is made of thick S.S. Plate.
The Space between the outer chamber and steam jacket is filled with glass wool to minimize thermal losses.
Hydraulically tested to withstand 2.5 times the working pressure.
Steam boiler is fitted with water level indicator, Pressure gauge, low water cut off device and automatic pressure control device.
Fitted with safety valve as a safety device.
Drain valve is fitted at the side bottom for easy draining/cleaning.
The Unit is provided with a positive self-locking, safety door which cannot be opened while the chamber is under pressure and disengages automatically when chamber is exhausted.
This affords complete safety to the working personnel against explosive opening.
Two separate valves are provided for evacuating steam from inner chamber and jacket as and when desired.
Sterilization Cycle is controlled by SINGLE POINT MULTI PORT Valve.
The Chamber discharge line is fitted with a moisture trap to absorb the condensate automatically thus preventing moistening of the loaded material to be sterilized.
An automatic vacuum breaker is fitted to all units as a standard accessory, in order to break vacuum in case of steam condensation.
