• Our laboratory ovens are double walled convection heated units. Outer body of our hot air oven are constructed out of Mild steel duly powder coated.. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our laboratory ovens. The unit is provided with one to three stainless steel shelves (As per the inner size).

• Indirect three side heating system is provided in our units, comprising of air heaters made of high grade Kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage.. The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through efficient motor fans ensuring a very good temperature sensitivity.

• Front panel of our units comprises of on/off switches heating and mains indicator lamps, temperature controllers/Thermostat.

• The temperature inside our laboratory oven is controlled through micro-processor based temperature controllers cum indicators.

Product Details:

• The inner vacuum chamber is made of S.S. 304 grade, and outer chamber made up of constructed out of thick PCRC sheet duly powder coated / S.S -304 grade look good even under the most demanding working conditions.The vacuum chamber is a robust light alloy casting supplied with two shelves . The chamber is closed by a 15 mm thick toughened glass platesealing onto a silicone rubber gasket. This glass plate is mounted onto the door by multi-spring-loaded pins to ensure an excellent, even seal to thechamber. Door closure is achieved via a strong and positive twist action latch.

• Reliable, needle type inlet and exhaust valves are fitted. These are situated at the top/ sides of the oven for convenient connection to a vacuum pump, vapour trap or exhaust. The serrated nozzles accept flexible vacuum tubing of 10 -12mm bore. A vacuum gauge is fitted showing vacuum pulled.

It is electrically operated and thermostatically controlled heating oven with controlled air flow. The air enter the oven in such a way that it flows over the surface of the test pieces and leaves near the top of the oven. 

Aging oven is used for air oven aging test of rubber products, electric insulation and other materials. Digital display temperature control, PID auto-regulation temperature control instrument, optional set of working temperature from room to 200 automatic constant temperature. The box is equipped with blower motor to make hot air convect forcibly, in order to do fast aging test under constant temperature. Main unit structure, instrument and materials are carefully designed after studying air stream and temperature in the box. It has following advantages: sensitive temperature control, good temperature uniformity, large useful space and stable property.
